Anacostia Youth Fitness Fundraiser- Saturday, November 6, 2010
Swing by H.E.A.T. Haven this Saturday from 2pm-4pm to check out the facilities, meet the instructors and preview a screening of the short documentary “Mind Right/Body Tight” about youth and healthy living in Anacostia.
There will be catered vegetarian fare, health snacks, a presentation on healthy cooking, yoga/pilates demos and a chance to meet the young stars of the documentary.
All we ask is that you give us money! The National Association for Teen Fitness Exercise is seeking donations for our summer youth and community wellness programs. All donations are tax deductible.
