Workout Options at The Arc

The Arc on Mississippi is a really fantastic idea. A metro accessible hub of creativity with arts, dance, community meetings, policy building and more importantly Yoga and Pilates! I usually don’t make it around Mississippi Avenue SE but I decided that after all my complaining about the lack of options, I should finally patron the classes at The Arc.

I love this building, very quiet, secluded, easy to find parking. The building is new so we also get the benefit of a great facility with lots of light.

The Yoga class
